MagicWriter Pro is a LinkedIn post management platform that enables users to manage and publish content across multiple personal LinkedIn accounts. The Service includes features for scheduling posts, managing team accounts, and content collaboration.

To use MagicWriter Pro, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Infringe upon the rights of others

5. LinkedIn Integration

MagicWriter Pro integrates with LinkedIn through authorized APIs. By using our Service, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's Terms of Service
  • We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation
  • LinkedIn may modify or restrict API access, which could affect our Service
  • Your LinkedIn account may be subject to LinkedIn's policies and actions

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by MagicWriter Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and post through our Service.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of MagicWriter Pro require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

8. Cancellation and Refunds

13. Termination
